Father/ Son Fishing Trip Application

Payment is to be made to Grow Deep Teen Ministry Fund, see below.

Cost is $50 per person August 16 - August 30. Please pay $50 for yourself and for each son you are registering.

Payments August 31 - September 13 will be $75.

Payments September 14 will be $100 per person.

Payment Receipt Number – After paying online, enter the Receipt Number/ID in the application.
